SAFETY AND
ENVIRONMENT SHIELD
In order to encourage the exemplary safety standards amongst the factories, safety shields have been instituted by our club. Shields are given under two categories.
(i) Those having up to 250 employees.
(ii) Those having more then 250 employees
Team consisting of Senior Safety Officials, Factory Inspector and representatives from Rotary Club of Ankleshwar visit the factories and evaluate two runner ups, who get a Certificate of Appreciation and a Winner, who gets the Safety Shield. The Rotary Safety Shield is considered to be a prestigious award of which a winner can really be proud of it.
Environment Shield is given among Large & small-scale industries, to the factory, which does excellent work in the area of Environment Protection.
