CONCILIATION COMMITTEE OF BHARUCH

Conciliation Committee started in 1993 with the aim to resolve the disputes
of common peoples, working under the guidance of Gujarat state Legal Aid and
Advice Board. The committee is run under the Chairmanship of the District Judge,
Bharuch. The committee has Rotarians and Social workers, who act as counselors. It
meets every fortnight at District Court, Bharuch.
The
achievements of this committee can be noted from the fact that it has resolved
180 cases bringing amicable solution and peace to several homes.
